Special Events Administrative Assistant

The Special Events Department of The Catholic Community Foundation is expanding their staff and is seeking a high energy professional to serve as an Administrative Assistant. The qualified applicant will join the current administrative team to provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to the Director of Special Events. Responsibilities will primarily include assisting with event planning, registration, set-up, and on-site implementation, and general database entry for fundraising events.

Qualified applications must have a “can-do” attitude, creativity, and strong desire to assist people, along with good organizational skills. Position is part- time, with benefits and does require some weekend and evening hours during events.
